Interaction Designer
La Victoria Lab is a multidisciplinary group of creatives who use human-centered innovation to improve the lives of Peruvian families and reimagine the present and future of Intercorp.
We work in industries as diverse as financial services, retail, education and healthcare, focusing on bringing ideas to life through research, learning; being the obsession with understanding the needs of our users the main vehicle to serve Peruvian families.
Your role as Interaction Designer
As an Interaction Designer at La Victoria Lab, you will have the crucial role of developing digital products and services. You will work within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to meeting the needs of Latin American families in areas as varied as education, health, entertainment, financial services, and retail. It will be essential for you to immerse yourself in the world of users, interacting directly with them to understand their behaviors and needs in detail. You will need a solid command of the design process to not only create intuitive user experiences but also to communicate these solutions effectively.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Collaborate with other team members; designers, researchers, developers, business experts, and client team members, to define challenge constraints and propose creative solutions.
- Interacting directly with users to understand their needs first-hand; we are a user-centric organization.
- Build products from scratch, going through the early stages of product development and you will use tools such as wireframes, storyboards, mockups, flowcharts and functional prototypes, among others, to communicate the vision of your designs.
- You will conduct product testing with real users to receive feedback that you will use to refine designs.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO BRING?
- You have professional work experience in interaction design or user interface design. You also have a Portfolio that demonstrates previous projects and the ability to tackle complex design problems.
- You keep up to date with trends and changes, in order to use this knowledge to better understand user behavior and how changes affect their needs and goals.
- You have the ability to analyze user data and convert it into effective design solutions.
- You have experience working with the following tools: animation software, CCS, HTML, photo editing software, and design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- You have basic knowledge of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- You have communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts to stakeholders and team.
