Our story begins when Intercorp and IDEO—one of the most important design and innovation organizations in the world—founded La Victoria Lab to work together on the group’s first project for primary education: Innova Schools.
We use design and digital transformation to keep challenging companies in the group to think differently in order to create new products and services built around the needs of families in Latin America.
Today, our colorful house in the district of La Victoria, Lima now brings together 35+ people from all over the world seeking to make a meaningful impact on the continent.
In 2021, our collab with IDEO celebrated its 10th anniversary.
