Akemi or Ake, studied Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the San Ignacio de Loyola Institute. After her work in the hotel world, she took a break to be an entrepreneur, bringing together 2 of her passions, cooking and a healthy lifestyle. In his free time, apart from traveling, he also likes to cook, share coffee with friends, play sports or watch them, especially tennis and soccer..
Ale studied business administration at University of the Pacific in Lima. After working on HR for different industries, she went on to study a postgraduate degree in HR innovation in Barcelona. She loves to travel; no destination is too far for her. In her leisure time, she indulges in reading books or watching TV shows.
Alvaro holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and is currently on the path to become a musician. He is passionate about visual arts, design, human behavior and whatnot. He is always keen to discuss topics that combine Eastern philosophy and Western productivity.
Aure’s professional journey started in port operations. After volunteering in the Peruvian rainforest region, she decided to make a shift towards the education sector through Innova Schools. Today, she has assumed the leadership of La Victoria Lab. Aurelia holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima and an MBA from Stanford University.
Carmen holds a B.A. in Communication for Development from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. As a social communicator, she enjoys researching and empathizing with people from different cultures. She’s passionate about dancing and other art forms, such as music and visual design.
Caye holds a B.S. from NYU majoring in marketing and psychology. As a freelancer, she has produced creative experiences for different brands in New York and Berlin; a few of them are: Live Grey, Bumble, Lunette, and Lollapalooza. Caye is part of the Experience Team and her creativity keeps on surprising us.
Celina is German-Peruvian and holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh. She has previously worked at Ipsos, Insitum and Fjord.
Christel is studying product design at the Toulouse Lautrec Institute. She loves soccer, traveling and discovering new places. She is interested in visual arts, and learning new things every day excites her.
Cinthia studied business administration and, after years of working for consumer goods companies, she found her life purpose in education and has never looked back. She got her master’s degree in education from Harvard University, and now actively participates in several social impact projects. Cin also spends time focusing on her own business, taking care of her cat, and traveling.
Claudia has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Lima. Her passion for the process of creation, and for changing the vision of architecture led her to form and incorporate two startups: Impostergable and I’mappin. She still chases her curiosity today by learning, and developing design projects with innovative approaches.
Christina has a B.A. in Broadcast Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Her interest in promoting quality educational content for the little ones led her to work on the first PBS Kids in Peru for four years. She has two very dissimilar passions: makeup and weightlifting.
Dani has a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology. She made a career shift to connect more with people, leading her to join LVL more than seven years ago, where she has taken on different challenges. Dani is a nomad at heart, often riding her motorcycle and enjoying adventure sports in her free time.
Dennys has a bachelor’s degree in media studies and advertising from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences with an expertise of more than 9 years in the AV industry making videos for different markets, and continues doing so for an NGO as a side job. He loves understanding personal insights so that he can deliver a message that is not only understood but also felt with the heart.
Diana’s passion for traveling led her to work in tourism for most of her life. A few years ago, she did a 180 and joined the LVL team. She loves spending time with her family, especially with her nephews, visiting new countries and encountering different cultures.
Fer has a M.A. in Business Administration, Innovation and Technology Management from Waseda University. He has spent the last 10 years developing digital products in different industries and organizations. He’s passionate about learning, mostly through traveling, and connecting with new people.
Fio is Spanish but her roots are Peruvian. She has a M.A. in Conference and Event Organization from Sevilla. She has worked in four countries; the last seven years, in Peru. She loves spending time with friends and family around a table full of food. She also enjoys traveling and sharing tips about her experiences.
Fiore holds a B.A. in Graphic Design and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in visual anthropology. She loves exploring and reflecting upon the different dimensions of design, and enjoys connecting academic work with business projects. She is also passionate about teaching and mentoring young students.
Franco studied computer science at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. He has been active in the development of blockchain technologies since 2013, and has been part of different FinTech and DeFi projects. He’s passionate about playing the piano and enjoys all music genres (especially, jazz music).
Fuku’s profession is UX and full stack developer; and his hobby, indie game developer and board game lover. He enjoys creating products that have a positive impact on people.
Jazmin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a major in tax accounting from the University of Lima. She loves trying new restaurants, traveling every year and taking dance lessons.
.Jony is an industrial engineer by profession and passionate about innovation. He has worked in investments, startups and in the real estate sector. In addition, he has a certificate in finance for having completed level I of the CFA. His career stands out for his entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on business.
Juancho is an engineer by profession but a designer at heart. He graduated as a product design engineer and has a master’s degree in business and another one in product design. Entrepreneurship has been at the center of his career, starting his own engineering consultancy firm.
Juan Carlos graduated in administration and finance from the Technological University of Peru. On his last trip to Mexico, he realized the new direction his professional life needed, which was to focus on innovative social projects in order to make a difference in his country. He is fascinated by manual arts and loves painting meaningful murals.
Lina is a designer and has a master’s degree in design from the University of the Andes. She has more than 10 years of experience in strategic design, service & business design applied to research, design and implementation of products, services and business models based on technology.
Lorenzo studied Business Administration. His training is in social entrepreneurship in topics such as humanitarian assistance, education and citizenship. He also has experience in corporate governance consulting in the private sector and civil society. He is curious and he loves it

Maria Fernanda holds a B.A. in Communications and Corporate Image from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. She’s a passionate traveler and loves exploring new cultures and gastronomies. In her leisure time, she enjoys trail running and water sports.
MG has a B.A. in Communication Sciences from the University of Lima. She is a firm believer that we can make a significant positive impact anywhere we go, and brings this mindset to the table everyday. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading and family time.
Maria Alejandra has an eclectic career path. She studied Political Science, worked for many years leading social research and corporate reputation studies, directed the political section of a newspaper and today leads the research practice at La Victoria Lab. She is co-founder of Tinta, a startup focused on independent journalism.
Melissa is a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Lima. Has experience leading transformation projects of culture, talent and leadership in Latin America. You are motivated to make a positive impact on the society from the corporate world. In his free time he enjoys traveling, reading, but above all, eat.
Natalia has a professional degree in anthropology and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and innovation from King’s College London. She has extensive experience in consulting and social research. She is passionate about road cycling and gastronomy, especially if they can be shared with friends and family.
Romina was Director of Global Entrepreneurship Network Peru. has been director of EmprendeAhora, educational program in entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership, through the which helped build a youth movement to throughout the entire country. He loves Peru social innovation and getting involved in purposeful initiatives.
Thali has a BA in Integrated Design from Parsons. His desire to promote innovation in the culture and education led her to co-found Koshi Studio, a social enterprise that facilitates collaborations between artisans and designers. Thali loves picking up new skills, from analogue photography to vegan cooking.
Ursula holds a B.A. in Business from Southwestern University in Texas. She previously worked at Microsoft Peru and at its Latam Regional Headquarters. She has also co-founded a culinary travel company and an NGO.
Yeltsin studied Communications and is currently pursuing a second degree in Marketing and Business Management at USIL. has participated in the production
of various events and his most recent audiovisual production was on Tv Perú. He is passionate about purposeful projects, theater and musical concerts.
