Akemi or Ake, studied Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the San Ignacio de Loyola Institute. After her work in the hotel world, she took a break to be an entrepreneur, bringing together 2 of her passions, cooking and a healthy lifestyle. In his free time, apart from traveling, he also likes to cook, share coffee with friends, play sports or watch them, especially tennis and soccer..

Ale studied business administration at University of the Pacific in Lima. After working on HR for different industries, she went on to study a postgraduate degree in HR innovation in Barcelona. She loves to travel; no destination is too far for her. In her leisure time, she indulges in reading books or watching TV shows.

Alvaro holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and is currently on the path to become a musician. He is passionate about visual arts, design, human behavior and whatnot. He is always keen to discuss topics that combine Eastern philosophy and Western productivity.

Aure’s professional journey started in port operations. After volunteering in the Peruvian rainforest region, she decided to make a shift towards the education sector through Innova Schools. Today, she has assumed the leadership of La Victoria Lab. Aurelia holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima and an MBA from Stanford University.

Caye holds a B.S. from NYU majoring in marketing and psychology. As a freelancer, she has produced creative experiences for different brands in New York and Berlin; a few of them are: Live Grey, Bumble, Lunette, and Lollapalooza. Caye is part of the Experience Team and her creativity keeps on surprising us.

Celina is German-Peruvian and holds an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh. She has previously worked at Ipsos, Insitum and Fjord.

Christel is studying product design at the Toulouse Lautrec Institute. She loves soccer, traveling and discovering new places. She is interested in visual arts, and learning new things every day excites her.

Claudia has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Lima. Her passion for the process of creation, and for changing the vision of architecture led her to form and incorporate two startups: Impostergable and I’mappin. She still chases her curiosity today by learning, and developing design projects with innovative approaches.

Christina has a B.A. in Broadcast Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Her interest in promoting quality educational content for the little ones led her to work on the first PBS Kids in Peru for four years. She has two very dissimilar passions: makeup and weightlifting.

Dennys has a bachelor's degree in Communication and Advertising from the UPC and has more than 10 years in the audiovisual world making videos for different markets.
Dennys enjoys good coffee, spending time with his dog Robin, and learning about technology and data.

Diana's passion for traveling led her to work in tourism for a large part of her life. A few years ago, she decided to take a 360 turn to join the La Victoria Lab team. She loves spending time with her family, especially her nephews, and loves getting to know new countries and cultures.

Emi has a degree in Direction and Graphic Design from Toulouse Lautrec. She has experience in designing experiences and interfaces in the education, health and finance sectors. She's passionate about how design and technology can transform lives. In her free time, she enjoys video games and board games.

Fer has a M.A. in Business Administration, Innovation and Technology Management from Waseda University. He has spent the last 10 years developing digital products in different industries and organizations. He’s passionate about learning, mostly through traveling, and connecting with new people.

Spanish with Peruvian roots. Fio has a Master's Degree in Congress and Event Organization in Seville. She has worked in 4 countries and has been in Peru for 7 years. She loves spending time with family and friends around a table full of food, and also loves to travel and share tips that she has been collecting.

Fiore holds a B.A. in Graphic Design and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in visual anthropology. She loves exploring and reflecting upon the different dimensions of design, and enjoys connecting academic work with business projects. She is also passionate about teaching and mentoring young students.

Franco studied computer science at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. He has been active in the development of blockchain technologies since 2013, and has been part of different FinTech and DeFi projects. He’s passionate about playing the piano and enjoys all music genres (especially, jazz music).

Fuku’s profession is UX and full stack developer; and his hobby, indie game developer and board game lover. He enjoys creating products that have a positive impact on people.

Isa studied Communications for Development at the PUCP. She has experience designing and implementing social innovation and education projects for various stakeholders. She is fascinated by traveling through Peru, connecting with nature, and exploring new spiritual or alternative medicine practices.

German is in the 10th cycle of organizational psychology at UNMSM. He loves enjoying a good coffee while walking the streets and reflecting on how amazing life is. In addition, he likes to spend time with his family, cook a wide variety of dishes and travel with his dog Leia.

Lina is a Designer and Master in Design (MDes) from the University of Los Andes. She has more than 10 years of experience in strategic design, service & business design applied to the research, design and implementation of products, services and business models. technology-based businesses.

Luis Angel has a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He has experience managing administrative, accounting and financial processes. He is motivated by leaving his mark in the corporate world and sharing learning experiences. In his free time he likes to spend time with his family and play sports.
