Akemi or Ake, studied Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the San Ignacio de Loyola Institute. After her work in the hotel world, she took a break to be an entrepreneur, bringing together 2 of her passions, cooking and a healthy lifestyle. In his free time, apart from traveling, he also likes to cook, share coffee with friends, play sports or watch them, especially tennis and soccer..

Ale studied business administration at University of the Pacific in Lima. After working on HR for different industries, she went on to study a postgraduate degree in HR innovation in Barcelona.
