Akemi or Ake, studied Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the San Ignacio de Loyola Institute. After her work in the hotel world, she took a break to be an entrepreneur, bringing together 2 of her passions, cooking and a healthy lifestyle. In his free time, apart from traveling, he also likes to cook, share coffee with friends, play sports or watch them, especially tennis and soccer..

Ale studied business administration at University of the Pacific in Lima. After working on HR for different industries, she went on to study a postgraduate degree in HR innovation in Barcelona. She loves to travel; no destination is too far for her. In her leisure time, she indulges in reading books or watching TV shows.

Alvaro holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and is currently on the path to become a musician. He is passionate about visual arts, design, human behavior and whatnot. He is always keen to discuss topics that combine Eastern philosophy and Western productivity.

Aure began her experience in port operations. After volunteering in Madre de Dios, she decided to enter the education sector through Innova Schools. Now, she assumes the leadership of La Victoria Lab. Aure has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima and an MBA from Stanford University.

Pau is a Development Communicator and Master in Public and Social Policies. She is passionate about research, understanding human behavior and designing solutions that contribute to the common good. She has experience in sustainable development and innovation projects. She enjoys her free time playing tennis, cooking or watching series and documentaries.

Caye holds a BS from NYU with a concentration in Marketing and Psychology. As a freelancer, she has produced creative experiences for different brands in NY and Berlin. Christel is studying product design at the Toulouse Lautrec Institute. She loves soccer, traveling and discovering new places. She is interested in visual arts, and learning new things every day excites her.

Claudia has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Lima. Her passion for the process of creation, and for changing the vision of architecture led her to form and incorporate two startups: Impostergable and I’mappin. She still chases her curiosity today by learning, and developing design projects with innovative approaches.

Cris has a B.A. in Broadcast Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Her interest in promoting quality educational content for the little ones led her to work on the first PBS Kids in Peru for four years. She has two very dissimilar passions: makeup and weightlifting.

Diana's passion for traveling led her to work in tourism for a large part of her life. A few years ago, she decided to take a 360 turn to join the La Victoria Lab team. She loves spending time with her family, especially her nephews, and loves getting to know new countries and cultures.
